Bajre ki Roti ki Recipe: Ingredients:
- 2 cup bajra ka atta (pearl millet flour)
- Thoda sa namak
- Pani (aata gundne ke liye)
Vidhi:
- Sabse pehle ek bade bartan mein bajra ka atta aur namak daal kar mix karein.
- Thoda thoda pani daal kar atta gund lein aur ek smooth dough bana lein.
- Dough ko 10-15 minutes ke liye rest karne dein.
- Ek tava ya griddle ko garam karein aur us par ek chhoti loyi (ball) bana lein.
- Lohi ko belan ki madad se patla aur gol roti bana lein.
- Garam tava par roti ko rakhein aur dono taraf se pakayein jab tak golden brown spots na aayein.
- Roti ko ghee ya makhan ke saath serve karein.
