Paneer Tikka ki Recipe: Ingredients:
- 250 grams paneer (cubed)
- 1 capsicum (diced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 tbsp dahi (curd)
- 1 tbsp besan (gram flour)
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- 1 tsp dhaniya powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Namak swaad anusar
- 2 tbsp tel (oil)
- Hara dhaniya (garnishing ke liye)
Vidhi:
- Sabse pehle ek bowl mein dahi lein aur usmein besan, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, amchur powder, lemon juice aur namak daal kar mix karein.
- Is masale mein paneer, capsicum aur pyaaz ke tukde daal kar achhe se mix karein aur 1 ghante ke liye marinate kar dein.
- Tawa garam karein aur us par thoda sa tel daal kar phailayein.
- Marinated paneer, capsicum aur pyaaz ke tukde tawa par rakhein aur dhimi aanch par dono sides se golden brown hone tak grill karein.
- Paneer Tikka ko plate mein arrange karein aur hare dhaniya se garnish karke serve karein.
