Gol Gappe ki Recipe: Ingredients:
- 1 cup sooji (semolina)
- 1/4 cup atta (wheat flour)
- Namak swaad anusar
- 1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- Pani (for dough)
- 1 cup boiled chana (chickpeas)
- 2 aloo (boiled and mashed)
- 1 pyaaz (finely chopped)
- 2 hari mirch (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp kala namak (black salt)
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1/2 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)
- Pudina chutney aur imli ki chutney (serving ke liye)
- Sev (garnishing ke liye)
- Hara dhaniya (garnishing ke liye)
Vidhi:
- Sabse pehle gol gappe ke atta ke liye sooji, atta, namak aur ajwain ko ek bowl mein mix karein.
- Thoda thoda pani daal kar tight dough bana lein aur use 15-20 minutes ke liye rest karne dein.
- Rest karne ke baad dough ko chhoti chhoti balls bana lein aur belan ki madad se gol gappe ki shape de lein.
- Ek pan mein tel garam karein aur usmein gol gappe ko deep fry karein jab tak golden brown ho jaayein.
- Ab ek bowl mein boiled chana, mashed aloo, kati hui pyaaz, hari mirch, kala namak, chaat masala, lal mirch powder aur amchur powder ko mix karein.
- Gol gappe ko thanda hone dein aur phir unko thode se paani mein bhigoyein.
- Bhigoye hue gol gappe ko nikal kar stuffing se bhar lein.
- Pudina chutney aur imli ki chutney daal kar gol gappe ko serve karein.
- Garnishing ke liye sev aur hare dhaniya se sajayein.
