Dal ki Recipe: Ingredients:
- 1 cup arhar ki dal
- 1 pyaaz (kati hui)
- 2 tamatar (kate hue)
- 2 hari mirch (kati hui)
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- Namak swaad anusar
- 1 tsp jeera
- 2-3 laung
- 2 elaichi
- 2-3 tbsp ghee
Vidhi:
- Dal ko dho kar paani mein bhigo dein.
- Ek cooker mein dal, paani, kati hui pyaaz, tamatar, hari mirch, haldi powder aur namak daal kar achhe se mix karein.
- Cooker mein seeti laga dein aur 4-5 seeti tak pakayein.
- Cooker thanda hone par usko khol kar mix kar lein.
- Ek pan mein ghee garam karein aur usmein jeera, laung aur elaichi daal kar pakayein.
- Is tempering ko dal mein mix karein.
Baati ki Recipe: Ingredients:
- 2 cup gehun ka atta
- 1/2 cup sooji
- 1/2 cup ghee (ghar ka bana hua)
- Namak swaad anusar
- Pani
Vidhi:
- Gehun ka atta, sooji, ghee aur namak ko ek bowl mein mix karein.
- Thoda thoda pani daal kar tight dough bana lein.
- Dough ko 20-25 minutes ke liye rest karne dein.
- Ab dough se baati bana lein aur use grill ya oven mein 20-25 minutes tak bake karein ya until golden brown ho jaayein.
Churma ki Recipe: Ingredients:
- 4-5 baati
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
- Badam aur pista (barik kate hue) garnishing ke liye
Vidhi:
- Baati ko haath se tod kar pieces mein todein ya grinder mein grind karein.
- Grinded baati mein powdered sugar aur elaichi powder daal kar mix karein.
- Ghee garam karke churma mein mix karein.
- Garnishing ke liye badam aur pista daal kar serve karein.
