Ker Sangri ki Recipe: Ingredients:
- 1 cup ker (wild berries)
- 1 cup sangri (dried beans)
- 2 tbsp tel (oil)
- 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
- 1/2 tsp rai (mustard seeds)
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1 tsp dhaniya powder
- 1/2 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)
- Namak swaad anusar
- Hara dhaniya (garnishing ke liye)
Vidhi:
- Sabse pehle ker aur sangri ko paani mein bhigo kar rakh dein, kam se kam 4-6 ghante tak.
- Bhigoye hue ker aur sangri ko paani mein ubal lein, phir paani se nikaal kar alag rakh dein.
- Ek pan mein tel garam karein aur usmein jeera aur rai daal kar saute karein.
- Ab haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, amchur powder aur namak daal kar mix karein.
- Is masale mein bhigo kar rakhay hue ker aur sangri ko daal kar acche se mix karein.
- Ker Sangri ko dhimi aanch par pakayein, dhak kar 15-20 minutes tak.
- Garnishing ke liye hare dhaniya se sajayein aur garama garam serve karein.
