Pyaaz ki Kachori ki Recipe: Ingredients:
- 2 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
- 1/4 cup sooji (semolina)
- 1/4 cup tel (oil)
- Namak swaad anusar
- Pani (dough banane ke liye)
- 2-3 pyaaz (bareek kate hue)
- 1 tsp saunf (fennel seeds)
- 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
- 1/2 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)
- Tel (deep frying ke liye)
Vidhi:
- Sabse pehle ek bowl mein maida, sooji, tel aur namak daal kar mix karein.
- Thoda thoda pani daal kar tight dough banayein aur use 15-20 minutes ke liye rest hone dein.
- Ab ek pan mein tel garam karein aur usmein saunf aur ajwain daal kar saute karein.
- Ab pyaaz daal kar bhunein aur masale daal kar mix karein.
- Masalo mein lal mirch powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, amchur powder aur namak daal kar mix karein.
- Pyaaz ki filling tayar hai, ab dough ko chhoti chhoti balls banayein aur har ball ko belan se bel kar ek katori ki tarah shape de lein.
- Har katori shape ki kachori mein filling daal kar edges ko band kar lein aur phir se bel kar round shape de lein.
- Ab tel ko garam karein aur medium flame par kachoriyan deep fry karein, jab tak golden brown ho jaayein.
- Garam garam pyaaz ki kachoriyan serve karein, chutney ke saath enjoy karein!
