Namaskar dosto! Aaj hum lekar aaye hain ek mazedar Rajasthani dessert – Ghevar! Ye dish Rajasthan ki rich culinary heritage ka ek anmol hissa hai aur iska swaad laajawab hota hai. Toh chaliye, shuru karte hain!
Ghevar ki Recipe: Ingredients:
- 2 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
- 3 cup paani (water)
- 1 cup ghee
- 2 cup cheeni (sugar)
- 1 cup doodh (milk)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder (elaichi powder)
- 1/4 tsp kesar (saffron)
- Dry fruits (barik kate hue) garnishing ke liye
Vidhi:
- Sabse pehle ek bowl mein maida aur paani ko achhe se mix karke ek smooth batter bana lein.
- Ek deep frying pan mein ghee garam karein aur usmein ek small steel glass rakhein.
- Ghee garam hone par maida ka batter us glass ke charo taraf daal kar ghevar ki tarah fry karein.
- Jab ghevar golden brown ho jaayein, unhein nikaal kar thanda hone dein.
- Ab ek pan mein cheeni, doodh, cardamom powder aur kesar daal kar garam karein aur ek syrup bana lein.
- Ghevar ko syrup mein dip karein aur 10-15 minutes ke liye soak hone dein.
- Ghevar ko plate par arrange karein aur dry fruits se garnish karein.
