Mirchi Vada ki Recipe: Ingredients:
- 6-8 badi hari mirchi (big green chilies)
- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1 tsp dhaniya powder
- Namak swaad anusar
- 1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
- 1/2 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Hara dhaniya (garnishing ke liye)
- Tel (oil) for frying
Vidhi:
- Sabse pehle, hari mirchi ko dho kar saaf kar lein aur ek taraf rakh dein.
- Ek bowl mein besan, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, namak, ajwain, jeera, amchur powder aur garam masala daal kar mix karein.
- Ab thoda thoda pani daal kar besan ka batter taiyar karein. Batter ko thick consistency ka rakhein.
- Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein.
- Ab hari mirchi ko slit kar lein aur usmein thoda namak daal kar fill karein.
- Fill kiye hue mirchi ko besan ke batter mein dip karke achhe se coat karein.
- Garam tel mein coated mirchi ko deep fry karein, jab tak crispy aur golden brown na ho jaayein.
- Mirchi vada ko tissue paper par nikal kar excess oil absorb karne dein.
- Hara dhaniya se garnish karke garama garam serve karein.
