Malpua ki Recipe: Ingredients:
- 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
- 1/2 cup suji (semolina)
- 1/2 cup dahi (curd)
- 1/2 cup chini (sugar)
- 1/2 tsp elaichi powder (cardamom powder)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Thoda sa pani
- Ghee ya tel (deep frying ke liye)
- Chashni ke liye:
- 1 cup chini (sugar)
- 1 cup paani
Vidhi:
- Sabse pehle ek bowl mein maida, suji, dahi, chini, elaichi powder aur baking powder daal kar achhe se mix karein.
- Ab thoda thoda pani daal kar smooth batter banayein. Batter ko 30 minutes ke liye rest karne dein.
- Ek pan mein ghee ya tel garam karein.
- Garam ghee mein batter se spoonfuls daal kar malpua ko golden brown hone tak fry karein.
- Malpua ko tissue paper par rakh kar excess oil absorb hone dein.
- Chashni ke liye, ek pan mein chini aur paani daal kar chashni bana lein.
- Chashni ko thanda hone dein aur phir malpua ko chashni mein dip kar lein.
- Malpua ko chashni mein soak hone dein aur phir serve karein.
