Moong Dal Halwa ki Recipe: Ingredients:
- 1 cup moong dal (soaked)
- 1 cup ghee (clarified butter)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp elaichi powder (cardamom powder)
- Badam aur pista (barik kate hue) garnishing ke liye
Vidhi:
- Sabse pehle moong dal ko paani mein bhigo kar rakh dein, kam se kam 4-6 ghante tak rakh de.
- Bhigoye hue moong dal ko grind kar lein, thick paste ki consistency tak.
- Ek pan mein ghee garam karein aur usmein grind ki hui moong dal daal kar dheemi aanch par bhunein.
- Moong dal ko acche se bhunne tak pakayein, jab tak uska rang golden brown ho jaaye.
- Ab usmein sugar aur elaichi powder daal kar mix karein.
- Dheemi aanch par moong dal ko pakate rahein aur milk daal kar mix karein.
- Halwa ko tab tak pakayein jab tak ghee alag na ho jaaye aur halwa ka texture thick ho jaaye.
- Garnishing ke liye badam aur pista se sajayein aur garama garam serve karein.
