Namaskar dosto! Aaj hum aapke liye laye hain ek mazedar recipe jo sabhi ke dil ko chhoo jaati hai – Rajma Chawal! Ye dish North Indian cuisine ka ek anokha swaad hai aur ghar par banaaye jaane mein bahut hi aasan hai. Toh chaliye, shuru karte hain!
Rajma Chawal ki Recipe: Ingredients:
- 1 cup rajma (kidney beans), soaked overnight
- 1 cup chawal (rice)
- 2 tbsp tel (oil)
- 1 pyaaz (kati hui)
- 2 tamatar (kate hue)
- 1 tbsp adrak lahsun ka paste
- 1 hari mirch (kati hui)
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- 1 tsp dhaniya powder
- Namak swaad anusar
- Hara dhaniya (garnishing ke liye)
Vidhi:
- Sabse pehle soaked rajma ko pressure cooker mein daal kar paani daal dein aur cooker mein 4-5 seeti tak pakayein ya jab tak rajma gal na jaaye.
- Ek pan mein tel garam karein aur usmein kati hui pyaaz daal kar bhunein.
- Pyaaz bhunne ke baad usmein adrak lahsun ka paste aur hari mirch daal kar saute karein.
- Ab tamatar daal kar mix karein aur masale daal kar bhunein.
- Masalo mein lal mirch powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder aur namak daal kar mix karein.
- Cooker se nikali hui rajma ko is masale mein daal kar mix karein aur 5-7 minutes tak pakayein.
- Rajma ko garnishing ke liye hare dhaniya se sajayein.
- Chawal ko alag se ubalein aur rajma ke saath serve karein.
