Dahi Bhalla ki Recipe: Ingredients:
- 1 cup urad dal (dhuli)
- 1/4 cup moong dal (dhuli)
- 1/2 inch adrak ka tukda (grated)
- 2 hari mirch (kati hui)
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder
- Namak swaad anusar
- 2 cups dahi (curd)
- 2 tbsp imli ki chutney
- 2 tbsp hari chutney
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- 1 tsp chat masala
- Kala namak (optional)
- Hara dhaniya (garnishing ke liye)
Vidhi:
- Sabse pehle urad dal aur moong dal ko alag-alag dho kar paani mein bhigo dein, kam se kam 4-6 ghante tak.
- Bhigo kar rakhay hue dal ko grinder mein dal kar adrak, hari mirch, lal mirch powder aur namak daal kar smooth paste banayein.
- Paste ko achhe se mix karein aur phir usse fluffy hone tak beat karein.
- Ab garam tel mein spoonfuls daal kar deep fry karein, jab tak golden brown ho jaayein.
- Fried bhalle ko thanda hone dein aur phir paani mein bhigo kar nikaal lein.
- Ab ek bowl mein dahi ko achhe se phent lein aur thoda sa paani daal kar mix karein.
- Bhige hue bhalle ko dahi mein daal kar achhe se cover karein aur thodi der ke liye rakh dein.
- Ab imli ki chutney aur hari chutney daal kar upar se jeera powder, chat masala, kala namak aur hara dhaniya se garnish karein.
- Garama garam Dahi Bhalla ko serve karein aur swaad anusaar bhariye!
